Disable Office 365 Updates on PC and macOS

Sometimes it is necessary to temporarily disable updates for Office due to issues or other problems caused by the update. We do NOT recommend disabling Office updates for a long period because important security updates are delivered via this mechanism and when updates are disabled you will not get those updates as well. See the attached document for instructions on disabling the updates.

Working from home is becoming a necessity with the COVID-19 Pandemic. Working remotely is more possible that ever thanks to new technology and resources available.
